Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a CONTINUUM account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CONTINUUM is operated by M MEDIA. Access requires an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

2. The service

CONTINUUM provides Human Capacity Intelligence™ — a personal intelligence system that analyses calendar data and self-reported inputs to surface patterns in how you use your time and energy.

The service is informational. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a diagnostic tool. See our Medical Disclaimer.

Intelligence outputs are computed from your data using deterministic rules. They are analytical aids, not prescriptive instructions. See our AI Disclosure.

3. Trial period

New accounts receive a 14-day trial with full Pro-tier access. A payment method is collected when you start the trial, but no charge is made until the 14 days have elapsed. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed.

If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to intelligence generation surfaces is paused. Your data remains intact. You can subscribe at any time to restore access.

4. Subscription and billing

CONTINUUM offers two self-serve plans:

• Pro — $29 per month, billed monthly
• Elite — $79 per month, billed monthly
• Enterprise — contact-only; no self-serve checkout

Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

Prices are in USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and data

You own your data. By using CONTINUUM, you grant M MEDIA a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. On account deletion, your data is removed from our systems immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with service availability

7. Account termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, your personal data is deleted per the process described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CONTINUUM is provided "as is." M MEDIA makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that intelligence outputs will be accurate. Intelligence outputs are analytical tools — decisions based on them are yours.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, M MEDIA's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown at next sign-in. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
