Collective capacity, intelligently observed.
For organizations where the performance of individuals determines the resilience of the whole.
Enterprise Coming Soon — by arrangement, not self-serve
Collective Capacity
Aggregated, anonymous views of team capacity, without exposing any individual’s day. This is the capability Enterprise is being built around; it is not yet available.
Strictly Private
Every individual’s data is their own. The design commitment is that the system will learn from the collective without exposing the individual.
Considered Onboarding
A deliberate integration. Quarterly reviews are planned, so the system continues to serve the organization as it changes.
What organizations are usually trying to solve
The people who leave are rarely the ones who looked overloaded. They are the ones whose load was never visible — absorbed quietly, week after week, until the resignation arrives as a surprise. By the time overload shows up in output, it has usually been present in the calendar for months.
The usual response is to add process: more check-ins, another survey, a wellbeing programme. These ask people to report a state they are often the last to recognise, and they arrive after the fact. The structural signals — no gaps between commitments, no recovery scheduled anywhere in a week, the same few people absorbing every dense day — are already recorded in how the organization spends its time.
That is what CONTINUUM is being built to read at the team level, and the limits will be the same as they are for an individual today. It observes scheduled structure, not people. It does not measure anyone’s body, does not rank employees, and will not expose an individual’s day to their organization — team views are aggregated. The individual product described here is available now; the team layer is not. See Methodology for how the readings are produced, Product for what each part does, and Security for how the data is held.
