CONTINUUM is not a medical tool

CONTINUUM is a personal intelligence system for understanding patterns in how you allocate your time and energy. It is informational — not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a diagnostic or therapeutic tool of any kind.

Nothing in CONTINUUM's outputs — including Demand Index readings, Capacity State labels, Adaptive Narratives, Evening Debrief summaries, or Weekly Intelligence reports — should be interpreted as a medical assessment or recommendation. These are analytical observations derived from calendar scheduling data and your own self-reported inputs.

What the system reads

CONTINUUM reads calendar event metadata and user-declared preferences (work hours, declared sleep target, peak energy pattern). It does not read biometric data, physiological sensor outputs, or health records of any kind. There is no integration with wearable devices, healthcare providers, or electronic health record systems.

The energy and recovery signals CONTINUUM surfaces are derived from scheduling patterns and your own subjective self-reports — not from measured physiological data.

Consult a professional for health concerns

If you are experiencing symptoms of fatigue, burnout, sleep disorders, mental health concerns, or any physical health issue, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. CONTINUUM's observations are not a substitute for professional evaluation.

Scheduling observations — even well-founded ones — cannot diagnose conditions, identify medical risks, or replace clinical judgement. Use CONTINUUM to understand your calendar; seek professional guidance for your health.

Limitations of the intelligence layer

The intelligence system is deterministic — it applies documented rules to structured data. It is not trained on clinical datasets, does not model medical conditions, and has no awareness of your personal health history. Outputs reflect scheduling patterns only.

A "high demand" reading means your scheduled commitments are concentrated — it does not mean you are at medical risk. A "low capacity" reading reflects available time in your declared work window — it is not a clinical assessment of your physiological state.
