Accessibility Statement
Effective 23 July 2026
Our commitment
M MEDIA is committed to making CONTINUUM accessible to as many people as possible. We recognise that the current implementation does not meet the full WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and we are working toward it.
This statement describes the current state honestly. We do not claim certification we have not earned.
Current state
What is working
- Semantic HTML structure is used throughout public pages
- Text contrast on most surfaces meets or approaches the 4.5:1 WCAG AA ratio against the dark background
- Form elements include labels
- Interactive elements are keyboard-navigable in most flows
- Focus indicators are present on navigation and form elements
Known gaps
- Some animated elements (opening sequence, particle field) do not respond to the prefers-reduced-motion media query — this is a planned fix
- ARIA roles and live regions are not consistently applied across all dashboard panels
- Screen reader testing has not been conducted systematically on the dashboard application surfaces
- Some icon-only interactive elements lack accessible labels
- Mobile touch target sizing has not been audited against WCAG 2.5.5 (Target Size)
- No formal WCAG 2.1 audit has been completed; no certification is held
Planned improvements
- Audit all animated surfaces for prefers-reduced-motion compliance
- Systematic ARIA role review across dashboard modules
- Screen reader walkthrough of the onboarding and Today cockpit flows
- Icon-only button label audit
- Formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit before general availability
