Privacy Policy
Effective 23 July 2026 · Version privacy-v2-2026-07
Operated by M MEDIA. Every claim in this policy reflects data we actually collect today.
What CONTINUUM is
CONTINUUM is a Human Capacity Intelligence™ system. It reads how your time and energy are allocated — from your calendar and from your own self-reported inputs — and produces structured intelligence to help you understand the patterns in your working life.
CONTINUUM does not connect to wearable devices, health sensors, or any external data source other than Google Calendar. It does not collect heart rate, HRV, sleep tracking data, or any physiological sensor readings. The sleep and energy fields in the system are user-declared preferences, not measured signals.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the CONTINUUM service:
Account identity
Email address, first and last name, and profile image — managed by Clerk, our authentication provider. We store a copy of your email in our database for access control and audit purposes.
Self-reported rhythm data
Fields you provide during onboarding and in Settings: timezone, wake time, declared sleep target (in hours), work start and end times, declared weekly capacity, and peak energy pattern. These are preferences you set — they are not measured values from any device or sensor.
Calendar event metadata
When you connect Google Calendar, we read event metadata — timing, duration, and classification signals — to compute Capacity and Demand indices. We do not store event titles, descriptions, attendee names or email addresses, meeting content, or video call links. We store an integer attendee count, not identities. We request read-only OAuth access; we do not write to your calendar.
Goals and focus sessions
Goal titles, descriptions, milestones, and focus session records you create within CONTINUUM. This is content you author directly.
Evening debrief entries
Daily reflection inputs: five 1–5 scale ratings (perceived energy, demand, completion confidence) and optional free-text fields for reflection. These are subjective self-reports — not physiological measurements. They are used exclusively to inform your Weekly Intelligence report and personal intelligence signals.
Billing information (when active)
If you subscribe to Pro or Elite, your billing is processed by Stripe. CONTINUUM stores a Stripe customer reference and subscription state. We do not store or handle payment card numbers. Stripe manages card data under its own privacy and security policies.
How we use it
Your data is used for one purpose: to generate personal capacity intelligence for you.
- Calendar metadata → Demand Index, Capacity State, Agenda Intelligence
- Profile fields → work-window calculation, narrative context, personalised briefing
- Debrief entries → Weekly Intelligence report, learned energy signals
- Goals and focus sessions → personal tracking surfaces within the app
We do not use your data to train public AI models, serve advertising, or build aggregate datasets. The intelligence system is deterministic — your inputs produce outputs for you alone.
Consent and version governance
You consented to this policy at onboarding (version privacy-v2-2026-07). If we make a material change to what data we collect or how we use it, we will issue a new policy version and ask for your consent at next sign-in before you continue using the service.
The complete data inventory — every field we collect, its purpose, retention period, and deletion path — is available in our internal readiness documentation and is the authoritative source for this policy.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active:
- Calendar event metadata: 90-day rolling window (purge automation is a planned operational item)
- Weekly intelligence snapshots: 13 weeks
- All other personal data: for the lifetime of your account
- Consent records: permanently retained as a legal record even after account deletion (required under data protection law)
- Audit logs: 12 months
On account deletion, all personal data — calendar tokens, profile fields, goals, debrief entries, and intelligence snapshots — is removed from our database within the deletion request. Stripe billing data is deleted from our records; Stripe retains transaction records per its own financial obligations.
Third-party services
CONTINUUM uses the following service providers. Each receives only the data necessary for its specific role:
- Clerk — identity and authentication (name, email, authentication state)
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (all stored data)
- Google Calendar API — calendar event metadata (read-only; you authorise this connection)
- Resend — transactional email for access invitations
- Stripe — payment processing when billing is active (CONTINUUM does not handle card data)
- Replit — development and hosting platform
We do not share your data with data brokers, marketing agencies, or analytics platforms. The full subprocessor list is at /subprocessors.
Your rights
- Export — Download all your personal data from Settings → Export Data at any time.
- Deletion — Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Calendar disconnection — Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings → Calendar. OAuth tokens are revoked and removed from our database immediately.
- Correction — Update your profile and rhythm data at any time from Settings.
Consent records are excluded from deletion (legal obligation). All other personal data is deleted on account removal.

CONTINUUM uses session cookies managed by Clerk for authentication. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking. See our Cookie Notice for detail.
