A Human Capacity Platform
for real workdays.
THE VISION
CONTINUUM was built for leaders, builders and operators whose workdays are dense, irregular and demanding. It helps them understand workload and treat capacity as a system rather than an assumption.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Human Capacity Intelligence™ makes the relationship between workload and what you have left to give easier to see.
Most tools manage what you do. CONTINUUM reads workload against capacity, so daily planning can account for focus, transition and recovery as well as time.
THE SYSTEM
A unified system — calendar, self-reported rhythm, and daily reflection — held in a private, secure architecture. One source of truth for every decision you make about your day.
QUESTIONS
What is CONTINUUM?
CONTINUUM is a Human Capacity Platform for founders, operators and executives. It helps you understand workload, plan around real capacity, adapt your schedule as demands change, and sustain performance without treating time as the only constraint.
What is Human Capacity Intelligence™?
Human Capacity Intelligence™ is the discipline CONTINUUM is built on. It treats attention, energy and recovery as finite quantities that can be observed rather than estimated, measures the demand placed against them, and uses the difference between the two to guide decisions. Human Capacity Platform is the category CONTINUUM occupies in search and in practice.
How does CONTINUUM measure capacity?
Each morning a member records how they slept and how they feel. CONTINUUM combines that with the shape of the day's calendar to produce two figures: a Capacity Index describing what the member has available, and a Demand Index describing what the day requires. The relationship between them determines the guidance CONTINUUM gives.
How does CONTINUUM help manage workload?
CONTINUUM does not reduce workload to a count of tasks or hours. It reads the structure of your calendar, compares the demand of the day with the capacity you have reported, and makes overload, missing focus time and dense runs of commitments visible before the day has run away from you.
What is capacity-aware scheduling?
Capacity-aware scheduling means assessing a plan against more than free time. CONTINUUM considers the demand already in your day, the capacity you bring to it, and the room left for focused work, transition and recovery before offering a change.
How is CONTINUUM different from AI daily planning tools?
AI calendars generally decide where a task can fit in available time. CONTINUUM begins one step earlier: whether the work should fit that day at all, given workload and capacity. It can propose a specific calendar change, but every change requires your explicit acceptance.
Can CONTINUUM help prevent burnout?
CONTINUUM does not diagnose or prevent burnout. It makes scheduling patterns associated with overload visible — sustained dense days, missing recovery and no protected focus time — so you have clearer context for decisions about your workload.
Is CONTINUUM workforce management software?
No. CONTINUUM is built around an individual's capacity to perform work sustainably. It is not for employee monitoring, staffing, corporate wellness or resource allocation, and it does not assess whether anyone is working hard enough.
Who is CONTINUUM for?
Founders, operators and executives whose days are dense, whose obligations are irregular, and for whom a bad allocation of attention is expensive. It is built for individuals first. Team coordination is a planned Elite capability and is not yet available.
Does CONTINUUM connect to my calendar?
Yes. CONTINUUM connects to Google Calendar and reads event times, titles and attendance to model the demand of a day. It can propose a specific change to a commitment, but it never rearranges your calendar in the background: you review and explicitly accept each change, and it never deletes a commitment.
What does CONTINUUM cost?
Pro is $29 per month and includes the Today Cockpit with Capacity Index and Demand Index, Google Calendar integration, Focus Mode, goals and projects, the Weekly Intelligence report, the Evening Debrief, analytics and data export. Elite is $79 per month and adds custom integrations and dedicated support. Team Intelligence is a planned Elite capability and is not yet available.
How is member data protected?
Calendar credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never logged. Every administrative action is written to an audit trail recording the actor, the target and the change. A member can delete their account, which removes their data and revokes calendar access.
How do I get access to CONTINUUM?
Enter your email address at continuumhci.com and you are in. CONTINUUM is open to everyone — there is no application to complete and nothing to wait for. Every account begins with a 14-day trial with full Pro access, and no charge until the trial ends.
