Which one fits
Most people arrive with a simpler question than which plan to buy: will this help with the way my days actually go? The honest answer depends on one thing — whether your calendar reflects your real obligations. That calendar is most of what CONTINUUM reads. If it is accurate, there is a great deal here. If your days happen somewhere other than your calendar, start there first.
Choose Pro if you are one person with a dense, irregular schedule.
Everything CONTINUUM does for an individual is in Pro: the Today Cockpit with the Capacity Index and Demand Index, Agenda Intelligence, Focus Mode, the Evening Debrief and the Weekly Intelligence report. Nothing about the daily practice is held back for a higher tier.
Choose Elite if you are responsible for other people's load as well as your own.
Elite adds custom integrations and dedicated support. The individual experience is identical to Pro. Team Intelligence — shared operational visibility, collaborative planning and reporting across an organisation — is a planned Elite capability and is not yet available.

Enterprise covers custom arrangements, dedicated onboarding and agreed service levels. It is not available self-serve, because the useful version of it depends on how your organization actually works.

Common questions
What is the Capacity Index?
The Capacity Index is CONTINUUM's measure of the balance between your declared capacity and your scheduled demand. It is computed from calendar metadata using deterministic rules — not AI estimation. See the Intelligence Disclosure for detail.
Does CONTINUUM connect to wearable devices?
No. The current version connects only to Google Calendar. There is no integration with wearables, health sensors, or any physiological data source.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Export and account deletion are available in Settings and work in every subscription state, including after trial expiry.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
