Refund and Cancellation Policy

Trial period

New accounts include a 14-day trial with full Pro access. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan if a payment method is on file. If not, access to intelligence generation surfaces pauses until a plan is started. Your data is never deleted at trial expiry.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal, accessible in Settings → Plan. No waiting period, no cancellation fee.

When you cancel:

• Access continues for the remainder of the current billing period
• No further charges are made after the period ends
• Your data remains in your account; it is not deleted on cancellation
• You may resubscribe at any time

Refunds

Subscriptions are monthly and billed at the start of each period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. Refunds for billing errors are at our discretion.

Payment processing

Billing is managed by Stripe. For card disputes or chargebacks, contact your card issuer. We will cooperate with card issuer disputes when they involve billing errors on our part.
