Subprocessors

CONTINUUM uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver the service. Each receives only the data necessary for its specific role. We do not share personal data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics providers.
Neon
Database hosting and compute
Data processed: All data stored in the CONTINUUM database, including personal data, calendar metadata, and intelligence outputs
Transfer basis: Infrastructure necessity
Clerk
Identity and authentication
Data processed: Email address, name, profile image, authentication state
Transfer basis: Contract necessity
Google (Calendar API)
Calendar data source
Data processed: OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest). Calendar event metadata is read via the API and stored by CONTINUUM — Google is not a data processor for stored metadata.
Transfer basis: User consent (authorised at calendar connection)
Resend
Transactional email delivery
Data processed: Email address (for access invitation and notification delivery only)
Transfer basis: Contract necessity
Stripe
Payment processing
Data processed: Billing identity linkage (Stripe customer reference). Stripe independently collects and processes payment card data under its own policies. CONTINUUM does not store card data.
Transfer basis: Contract necessity (when billing is active)
Replit
Development and hosting platform
Data processed: Application source code and runtime environment. User data is processed on the Replit infrastructure that hosts the application.
Transfer basis: Infrastructure necessity
This list is updated when subprocessors are added or removed. Material changes will be reflected in the Privacy Policy version update.
